For us, the most important values in dealing with contemporary music are curiosity, openness, and fun with »making«. In our workshop format, we convey these values to children and young people. Along the way, they learn and try out extended techniques and compose their own pieces. Our focus in teaching New Music is on improvisation in the group and in the very personal contact between BFS musicians and the participants.

Under the motto »The future in our hands?« we were guests at the Music School of the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg in October 2020. Together we composed, experimented and improvised. The results were performed in a matinée.
